Return & Refund Policy
First of all, we don't leave any room for such a situation to
arise but if at all it does we are open to exchange the outfits.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company
Management as we strive towards 100% customer satisfaction.
And even if such problems do arise we are open to having a
dialogue with the client to locate the error and exchange the
outfit with no cost in the clients account, however the client
has to bear the shipping cost of the returned merchandise which
they can ship even by any other economical way. This returned
merchandise helps us to investigate the matter and locate the
error and thus improve our performance in the future.
Substitution Policy
To safeguard ourselves as well as our clients we have a
substitution policy that is as follows :
In India, various saree and fabric makers introduce over 5000
new designs and color patterns every week. Most of them are
almost the same, with a little variation from the previous
patterns. There may be minor differences in design, for example,
the flowers in a floral pattern may be smaller or larger.
There is no take away
from the overall look of the saree or
of the outfits.
Sometimes, when your specific order is not available, we may
need to substitute. This happens very rarely. But it may become
necessary while dealing with such a kind of merchandise,
to ensure your order is delivered on time. If we need to
dispatch a substitute, we take utmost care to ensure that it is
as similar as possible to the requested item.
You may possibly find substitutes in Printed type of sarees
and salwar suits, which are made from polyester or
blended fabric. Their normal price is between $ 20 to $ 50. And
importantly the main reason for these substitutes is that these
are so fast moving that one kind of a design hardly remains on
counter for just 4 to 5 days and by that time new design arrive.
We carry a vast stock in Mumbai and Surat city and hence to make
available 100% ditto design and pattern for a particular dress
is impossible. The newer versions which arrive are very
much similar to the older version. Since we deal through the
web, we are unable to offer the "Look 'n' Feel" choice hence
this policy.
# There shall be no substitution in the type of fabric quality.
# There shall be no substitution in the Base, Border, and Pallu colors.(for Saree only)
Substitution can take place only in case of minor
changes in the pattern. In fact, if a situation arises when
substitution is essential, we take the pains to see that the
substituted item is of a higher price category. Which is
why, until today, we have hardly received any
complaints from any of our clients regarding substitution. |
